Most service providers of phone cards reserve the right to change their rates, applicable fees and billing increments without prior notice. 1. PhonecardCity is a phone card reseller of our suppliers. As such, any problems with the phone card you have purchased must be directed at the service provider of each card. You should contact the service provider immediately when the fault is discovered. You can find the customer service contact numbers on our web site. We DO NOT refund or replacement for lost, stolen or expired cards or unauthorized usage.
2. We DO NOT refund or exchange Cards/PINs purchased. Any refund is at the sole discretion of PhonecardCity. In the event where PhonecardCity agrees to provide you with a refund, it will be based at the price of the phone card offered for sale.
3. If you are a new customer, you can only purchase up to a value of $30 per week within the first two weeks of first purchase. Thereafter, you can purchase up to $100 per week. PhonecardCity identifies new customers from their registered email addresses and/or by the credit card details.
4. When the credit card payment is approved by PayPal, PhonecardCity will email you the PIN and Serial Number of the phone card you have purchased. It is your responsibility to ensure that a valid email address is supplied during registration. PhonecardCity bears no responsibility for non-receipt or loss and theft of the phone card details once it is sent to your nominated email address. If you DO NOT receive PIN in your email address after the successful of your transaction you MUST contact us within 3 business days.
5. We work to ensure that all information provided on our website is accurate. However, certain information is subject to change without any prior notice. You should check with the relevant customer services to ensure you know the latest rates, fees, billing increments, connection, verification fees and/or surcharge that are specific for the card(s) in question before placing your order. We do not accept liability for any errors or/and omissions, and reserve the right to change specifications, information and descriptions of listed products.
6. A transaction is valid when the phone card you wish to purchase is available and if your credit card payment is validated and authorized by our merchant bank. If the selected card is not available, you will be prompted to select other cards in which case no fund will be deducted from your credit card. If our merchant bank cannot validate or authorize your transaction, your transaction will not be completed. In this case, you need to make payment with a different credit card.
7. All transaction completed on www.phonecardcity.com.au is final, non-negotiable and non-refundable for any reasons.
